Shipping, Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund policy


At Food Hillz, we are committed to providing you with quality products. We take great care in using the best ingredients and high-quality craftsmanship for each and every product we produce.

SHIPPING TIME AND COST:


All orders will be processed within the same day. The actual dispatch will happen within 2 working days from the date of order, subject to availability. In case of non-availability, we will revert to you with expected delivery date

If the product can not be supplied within 7 days of order date, we will intimate the same to you and credit full refund.

The shipping is free for order value of Rs. 1200/- and above. For all orders below Rs. 1200/- , shipping charge of Rs. 30/- per kg will be charged extra.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:


Any of our branded product with a quality defect only, purchased from our website www.azayaorganic.com, can be returned to us within 10 days of purchase.

How to Claim REFUND:


Intimate us within 10 days of purchase, by e-mail to azayaorganics@gmail.com about the defect in our product supported by images, description and your purchase order number.

Ensure that the returned product and accessories along with the packaging are all in original condition and are not used in any way.

On receipt of the goods and subject to reconfirmation of the defect, refund / replacement action will be initiated. Refund amount will be credited to your account in the form of reward points, so that you can reorder the same or any other product from our website.

 

RETURN OF WRONGLY SUPPLIED PRODUCT:


Any of our product, in-correctly delivered against your order, can be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of the same.

On evaluation of the above communication, we will revert to you with our authorization of the return. Please return the product to our Delhi corporate office.

EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON:


The company does not offer any exchange of our products, except for defective or tempered packaging.

C.O.D. RETURN:


In the case when C.O.D. order is not accepted for any reason, we would really feel very sorry for the waste of our sweat and hardwork and don't appreciate their behaviour also the person would be blocked from further ordering

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:


We have an easy cancellation policy. Any order can be cancelled before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, which is normally on the same day. It is therefore important that you get in touch with our customer care number +91 8800205515 or e-mail us at azayaorganics@gmail.com without any delay. Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please note that the entire order will have to be cancelled. It will not be possible to cancel part order.

Once the order cancellation is confirmed by us, we will arrange to refund the full order amount.

RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON:


The company does not offer any return option for the purchased product for any reason what so ever. This is strictly in view of the hygiene, safety and sensitive nature of all of our products. However, in case of a genuine exchange need, please intimate us by e-mail to azayaorganics@gmail.com and we will consider the same on the merit of the individual case. The company’s decision in this regard will be final.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION:


In case your purchased product is received in damaged condition, please Intimate us, within 3 days of receipt of the product, by e-mail to azayaorganics@gmail.com describing the damage in the product, supported by images, description and your purchase order number.

On reviewing your communication, we will guide you for the return and refund process.
